The BodyMediaFit device has been instrumental in my weight loss -- I am able to track and adjust my caloric needs on a day-to-day basis.

I believe in the BodyMediaFit devices so much that I've given them to my father and to my brother.

The BodyMediaFit isn't a fad diet, and it it doesn't promise fast results. It simply helps you track what doctors have said all along: eat better, eat less, move more. In other words, it doesn't do the work for me, but it lets me know I'm doing the work.
